to combine with the freshest local ingredients. We love preparing delicious rustic comfort food almost as much as we enjoy eating it. Eggs Benedict: Two perfectly poached eggs nestled atop toasted croissants, layered with honey ham and smothered in a lemon béarnaise.
Chocolate Panini: Buttery bread filled with chocolate Nutella and fruit filling, grilled to melted perfection.
Biscuits & Gravy: Rustic biscuits smothered in rich country style sausage gravy with sage.
Pancakes & Bacon: A stack of fluffy pancakes served plain or studded with blueberries or blackberries, served with crisp bacon and warm syrup.
Breakfast Bread Pudding: Layers of yeasty bread and custard baked with blueberries and lemon zest. Served with honey butter, syrup & crisp bacon.
Roasted Potatoes: Potatoes roasted with onions and rosemary, topped with melted cheese and served with buttered toast.
Eggs, Bacon & Potatoes: Two eggs cooked as desired, served with oven-roasted potatoes, crisp bacon & toast.
Rustic Croque Madame: A decadent sandwich filled with layers of ham, melted cheese, creamy béchamel, sautéed kale, & tomato topped w/ an over easy egg.
Eggs en Cocotte: Two eggs baked with marinara, chopped kale and melty cheese. Topped with fresh herbs and serve with toast for dipping.
